De titel kwam bij Cat Stevens op terwijl hij in een vliegtuig zat op weg naar een optreden, met een Boeddha in de ene hand en een doos chocolade in de andere hand. Hij kreeg ineens de gedachte van. Als het vliegtuig neerstort, sterf ik met als laatste deze twee dingen. En zit ik gevangen tussen het spirituele en materiële in.
