Maak de groenten bouillon en doe ondertussen de wik op het gas en de olie erin, wok de peper heel mee, of in kleine stukjes de hele geeft meer aroma en de stukjes maken het sneller heet. De kurkuma erbij en dan de spinazie in het origineel recept zit er een ui bij. Dit schrijf ik erbij omdat ik geen asoetifida (hing) gebruikt dat wordt als een vervanging voor ui of knoflook gebruikt, nu de spinazie erbij en doorscheppen. Voeg de groenten bouillon toe en de kokosmelk, goed doorscheppen en nog een a twee minuten aan de kook houden, en dan serveren met zilvervliesrijst. yoghurt ijs maken, ZONDER IJSMACHINE
yoghurt ijs maken, de basis. U hebt een vriezer nodig en een schaaltje bij voorkeur van
roestvrij staal, waarin u het yoghurt ijs kunt maken. Wat u nodig hebt, is een halve liter yoghurt, klein potje slagroom (kan zonder), en 75 gram suiker. Wat u als eerste doet: De slagroom dient geklopt te worden totdat het de structuur als yoghurt heeft. Roer dan de yoghurt door de slagroom heen, meng vervolgens de suiker er door heen . Schep het yoghurtmengsel in een bakje en zet dit in de vriezer. Roer elk half uur het yoghurt goed door om het yoghurt ijs te maken.
U kunt er fruit doorheen dan als laatste de stukjes fruit toevoegen en er door heen mengen
Men kan ook zoeten met diksap of siroophoeveelheid fruit 100 a 150 gram, zelf gebruik ik #yoghurt ijs maken, ZONDER IJSMACHINE dikke Griekse yoghurt en dan hoeft men geen suiker toe te voegen.
